I honestly cannot recommend Viper Pit Tattoo enough! I visited to get my nose stud done and my helix piercing redone, and I can confidently say the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional and genuinely down to earth. It’s not often you find somewhere that manages to be so professional while making you feel like you’re having a laugh with people you’ve known for years.

A massive shoutout to Chris, who was an absolute legend from start to finish! As someone still relatively new to piercings, I naturally had a few nerves, but Chris made the entire process as comfortable and virtually painless as possible. His confidence, attention to detail and ability to put you at ease really speak volumes about his experience and passion for what he does.

What particularly stood out to me was that Chris didn’t just treat me like another customer walking through the door. He actually took the time to explain everything properly, including where my previous piercer had gone wrong, what could have been done differently and how to look after my piercings correctly moving forward. There was no rushing, no judgement and absolutely no pressure. Just genuine honesty, expert knowledge and advice that I could actually take away with me.

And somehow, in between getting needles put through my face and ear, I ended up receiving a motivational speech, a few much-appreciated compliments and what can only be described as a complimentary counselling session for my quarter-life crisis! 😂 Who knew getting pierced could turn into such an enlightening experience? I went in expecting a bit of pain and walked out with two piercings, a smile on my face and a slightly more positive outlook on life. Not bad for one appointment!

Jokes aside, those little conversations make a bigger difference than people realise. Chris has a brilliant way of making you feel comfortable, confident and genuinely valued as a person rather than just a paying customer. It’s refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes pride not only in the quality of their work but also in the experience they give people.

The rest of the team also seemed fantastic, contributing to that relaxed, friendly atmosphere while maintaining a really professional environment. You can tell there’s a great energy about the place, and that makes all the difference, particularly for anyone considering their first piercing or feeling a little nervous.

For me, trust is everything when someone is coming towards your face with a needle! 😂 And Viper Pit Tattoo has absolutely earned mine. After previous experiences elsewhere, finding someone who genuinely knows their craft, explains their decisions and prioritises your comfort is incredibly reassuring.

I genuinely believe the best businesses aren’t just remembered for the service they provide, but for how they make people feel. Chris and the team have clearly understood that. Great customer service isn’t simply about doing the job well; it’s about creating an experience that leaves someone feeling better than when they arrived.

Safe to say, Viper Pit Tattoo is now my go-to place for piercings, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Whether you’re a first-timer, getting something redone or simply looking for people who genuinely care about their work, this is the place to go.

Fantastic staff, wonderful vibe! Everything was super clean and just a really cool place! Line work is fantastic and the shading on the wings is incredibe
