Sorry, I don't remember the name of the person who pierced my 4-year-old's ears, but their professionalism and kindness were outstanding. They were amazing with children and made my little one feel so special throughout the whole experience. They even gave them a butterfly stencil tattoo, which was such a thoughtful touch. An amazing job from start to finish—thank you!
